With the aim of creating a commercial platform for the extreme enduro
sport, Seven MMD GmbH were assigned by KTM and Red Bull to
develop an International Championship in 2017. After two years promoted
as WESS (World Enduro Super Series) the series, became the official
FIM Hard Enduro World Championship.
A professional environment, unique locations, standardized formats
and rules, and a respectful integration into the local conditions have
characterized the series from the very beginning. The championship
included 8 to 10 events per season taken from a pool of twice as
many partnering events.
We had to withdraw as a promoter in February 2025. After the
unexpected loss of the main sponsor, we were unable to secure
alternative funding at short notice.

Promoter der FIM Hard Enduro Weltmeisterschaft
Mit dem Ziel, eine kommerzielle Plattform für den extremen Enduro-Sport
zu schaffen, wurde die Seven MMD GmbH von KTM und Red Bull
beauftragt, eine internationale Meisterschaft zu entwickeln. Nach zwei
Jahren als WESS (World Enduro Super Series) wurde die Serie zur
offiziellen FIM Hard Enduro Weltmeisterschaft.
Ein professionelles Umfeld, einzigartige Locations, standardisierte Formate
und Regeln und eine respektvolle Integration in die lokalen Gegebenheiten
haben die Serie von Anfang an geprägt. Die Meisterschaft umfasste
weltweit 8 bis 10 Rennen pro Saison wobei wir aus einem Pool von fast
doppelt so vielen Veranstaltern wählen konnten.
Im Februar 2025 mussten wir uns als Promoter zurückziehen. Nach
dem unerwarteten Ausfall von des Hauptsponsors konnten wir
kurzfristig keine alternative Finanzierung sicherstellen.
