Transparency
In order to create mutual trust, in our opinion the precondition for a successful
collaboration, there must be willingness to establish transparency. We offer our
clients this transparency.
In our working processes we set out clearly our positions and arguments, both
consensual and critical ones! An on-going documentation of all work stages
and detailed performance records define our standard, as does rapid, direct
communication.

Reliability
Fulfilling agreements on time with consistently high quality is how we define
reliability. Rapid, practical implementation and the establishment of efficient
work relationships are the standards that we follow here.

Responsibility
This also means that we monitor our customers' business areas independently.
We consider it part of our responsibility towards our customers to interpret the
significance of possible changes at and to make appropriate recommendations
in good time.

Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Das bedeutet für uns auch, die Geschäftsfelder unserer Kunden eigenständig zu
beobachten. Die Bedeutung möglicher Veränderungen zu interpretieren und
